The kick boxing class is one of the most popular and most efficient classes in the program. The Cardio Kick Boxing class provides a full body work out and burns hundreds of calories per class. It has you in constant motion for an entire hour to ensure the best results. In addition to the kick boxing class, there is also the ultimate conditioning class, squat squad and boxing classes in the Superwoman Bootcamp as well. The conditioning class is a circuit training class building strength and endurance. Circuit training is a series of quick paced and extremely intense brief work outs in which you have no break in between moving into the next work out immediately after completing the previous exercise. This training has your heart rate racing the entire time burning calories and fast much faster than working out on a treadmill or elliptical. The high intensity exercises in the conditioning class help build your endurance while providing exceptional work out of your entire body. The exercises consist of agility ladders, free weights, sleds and barbells to help strength and muscle in your body. The squat squad class is a weight training class that focuses on a lower body work out. The squat squad class slows the work out down a bit compared to the other classes but yet still is an extreme work out burning just as many if not more calories and fat than the others. The boxing class in the program, focuses more on an upper body work out hitting the heavy bag at the gym.
